Easily create detailed rhinestone designed garments with our WALAKustom™ custom rhinestone transfers. These hotfix rhinestone transfers consist of small, dazzling rhinestones affixed to a heat-sensitive adhesive backing.

How It Works
- 1. Upload your artwork and choose size (up to 14" × 14"), stone size(s), and color(s).
- 2. Optional proof - Get a digital mockup (two changes included). Selecting a proof typically adds 1 business day.
- 3. Production — Most orders ship in 3–5 business days after artwork approval.
- 4. Press at 335°F for 10–15 seconds, peel cold with medium–firm pressure. Done!
- 5. Reorders: Have a past order number? Provide it to reuse specs and speed things up.

- Max Design Size: 14" × 14"
- Stone Sizes: SS6, SS10, SS16
- Colors: 15+ options (mixes allowed; see pricing notes)
- Accepted Files: AI, PDF, SVG, EPS, PSD, PNG, JPG (high-res)
- Press Settings: 335°F (168°C), 10–15 seconds, medium–firm pressure, peel cold. See application instructions.
- Fabrics: Cotton, polyester, cotton/poly blends (not recommended for nylon)
- No Minimum Order: Order 1 or 1,000+.
Pricing & Coverage
Pricing is based on width × height × coverage (% of design area with stones). Standard pricing assumes ~65–75% coverage.
- Higher coverage (>75%) may incur an upcharge.
- All-pink designs incur a $0.15 per square inch upcharge.
- Multiple stone colors are the same price unless splitting colors into separate transfers or hitting coverage thresholds.
Tip: For best price accuracy, measure your design’s total transfer size, not just the printed artwork area.
Ordering & Production Details
Production & Shipping
- All orders will ship by customer's selection at check out, after production is complete
- Examples : Ground, 2-Day Air, Next Day Air etc.
- All orders ship from our Fargo, ND
- Rush fees may apply.
Proofing & Approvals
- Proof Fee: $15.00 per order.
- The proof fee (when purchased) is applied to the entire order. Whether you have 1 design or 12, you have control over which designs you would like to see a digital mockup for by clicking yes or no for each design.
If you select "Yes" for Proof:
- All orders have 1-2 business days processing time and an artist will reach out via email with a size confirmation of your design.
- Once approved, they will begin working on the digital mockup.
- It may take up to 1 business day to receive the digital mockup.
- Each design allows for 2 free changes* after the digital mockup has been sent. Beyond 2 changes, a redesign fee of $15.00 will apply.
- Once the final digital mockup is approved, it will proceed to production, 3-5 business days before your order ships.
*Changing the size after you have received the digital mockup will automatically incur a redesign fee and product times will reset.
If you select "No" for Proof:
- All orders have 1-2 business days processing time.
- You will receive an email once your design has been sent to production.
- Product time is 3-5 business days before your order will ship.
