We allow for curbside pick-up at our two locations in Fargo, ND, and Cincinnati, OH. To place an order for curbside, place your order online as usual, but when selecting your shipping, choose curbside pick-up for the delivery location. This will incur a $1.95 packing and handling fee. If curbside pick-up is not available, there may be an item in your cart not eligible for pick-up. You can ask if the items in your cart are eligible for curbside pick-up from your preferred location by calling our customer service at 888-819-4421 or emailing customerservice@heattransferwarehouse.com.
