Returns Policy


  • To begin a return, please contact customer service here.
  • Due to the nature of our business and the materials shipped, we can only provide store credit for approved returns.
  • All returns must have prior approval from our Customer Service Department, where you will receive a Return Authorization Number. Returns must clearly display this number.
  • All return-to-sender packages are subject to shipping/handling fees. Required fees will be taken from the order total, and the customer will receive any remaining funds as store credit.
  • All returns must be initiated within 30 days from the receipt of the order. Please note that after this period, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges.
  • Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) - No returns will be accepted without a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. To obtain an RMA, please contact our customer service team with your order details. The RMA number must be clearly displayed on the return packaging.
  • All returned items are expected to be back to our warehouse within 30 business days of receiving the order some exclusions may apply. Returns received to our warehouse after 30 business days or without an RMA will be denied. If the return is denied, you will be asked to pay return shipping for it to be returned to you. If the denied return is not claimed within 30 days, it will be considered abandoned.
  • We do not offer exchanges or returns on clothing, dropships, and equipment
  • Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Items that are returned damaged, used, or not in their original packaging may be denied a return.

    We reserve the right to modify this return policy at any time, so please review it frequently. Changes and clarifications will take effect immediately upon their posting on the website.
  • Due to the nature of our business and the materials shipped, we can only provide store credit for approved returns. Some exclusions may apply. Excludes equipment, clothing, and dropships.
  • Heat Transfer Warehouse will deduct appropriate shipping and handling charges.
  • We apply a restocking fee of at least 15% to all returns.
  • Heat Transfer Warehouse is not responsible for damaged packages/material upon return. Damaged material will be refused.  Please make sure the material is packaged correctly and safely to ensure no damage happens while in transit.
  • Returns made on packs of Transfer Paper (Inkjet, Laser, Dye-Sub) that have been opened will be given in store credit on the cost of the pack minus the sheets used.
  • If you return an item on an order where you received points, those points will be deducted from your account once this item is returned.
  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
  • If you use your WALADolla$ discount code on an order and then return a product, you will get the balance back in store credit for your product minus the discount that was used.
  • All returns will be shipped via UPS with a return authorization label
  • Please allow 3-6 business days for your return to be processed once received by Heat Transfer Warehouse.
  • Equipment, including heat presses, vinyl cutters, printers, and embroidery machines.
  • Custom ordered products which can include products that are requested to be cut down, rhinestones, custom digital transfers, Supacolor transfers, Siser pattern vinyl, pattern vinyl or pattern adhesive vinyl
  • Dye sublimation inks that have opened and dye sublimation blanks that have been used/decorated.
  • Clothing
  • Custom products
  • Any equipment
  • Any software or computer programs
  • Sample Bundles (Siser Bundle, Specialty Products Bundle, Cameo Accessory Bundle, Digital Print Sample Pack, Heat Transfer Paper, etc), cyber specials, specials or discontinued items, mystery boxes 
  • Dropships and clothing. Heat Transfer Warehouse sees these as a special order, as these are shipped directly from the supplier.
  • Any printable vinyl that has been used and is not a full roll when returning.
  • All international order are non-returnable
  • Miscellaneous items such as face masks, vinyl letter remover or any other bottled chemical, Altered or embellished garments, excluding irregulars, are non-returnable.
  • All the products listed above are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange. 
  • It is the customer’s responsibility to review the artwork proof thoroughly. If for any reason the artwork is approved and later the customer realizes there were errors with the artwork, Heat Transfer Warehouse is not responsible for replacing or refunding the transfers. The customer is responsible to pay for any order replacements.
  • Any custom transfer order with artwork issues/concerns have two options to move forward: 
      1. Send new artwork to within the next 5 business days, if you are unable to send corrected artwork within those 5 business days we will cancel and issue store credit for this order for you to replace at another time. 
      2. Cancel and refund the order in full now.
  • All custom transfer orders must be approved within 5 business days of receiving the proof. If the order has not been approved within those 5 days the order will be cancelled and refunded in full.
  • Any issues a customer has with their order must contact us within 5 business days of receiving the order.
  • All orders are custom printed to customer specifications. Heat Transfer Warehouse is not responsible for trademarks, copyrights, and/or license infringements on jobs printed for customers. Customers warrant authorization by trademark, copyright, and/or license owner prior to submitting an order to Heat Transfer Warehouse, some exclusions may apply.
  • Instructions are included with every order. We cannot accept responsibility for any product failure based on improper application. In any case, our liability is limited to the value of Heat Transfer Warehouse products only. An extra transfer is provided with every order. Please cut this transfer into quarters and test to your quality standards before production.
  • Successful application of any heat transfer product is based solely on the accurate control of time, temperature, and pressure. We strongly recommend using proper equipment to ensure that our products perform to your satisfaction.
  • Custom transfers, special order transfers and other custom products cannot be returned.
  • Heat Transfer Warehouse does not guarantee and is not responsible when FedEx/UPS fails to deliver orders as promised.
  • Heat Transfer Warehouse does not guarantee and is not responsible for damaged orders as a result of the negligence of FedEx/UPS.
  • No Returns on Equipment (Heat Presses and Cutters), Printers or equipment accessories. 
  • All maintenance, warranty or replacement parts are handled by the manufacturer (Heat Transfer Warehouse will assist in communication with the manufacturer as needed)
  • All defective product(s) issues must be addressed with Heat Transfer Warehouse within 30 business days of receiving the material.
  • If a product is shown to be defective through discussion with a customer service representative we will send out a replacement to you.
  • If you choose to not have replacement material, Heat Transfer Warehouse will give store credit only. There will be no refunds on defective material.
  • If Heat Transfer Warehouse is not notified within 30 days of the arrival of defective material no replacement will be sent out.
  • Heat Transfer Warehouse is responsible only for the materials we have supplied. If the supplied material is not functioning correctly, please contact our Customer Service team promptly.
  • Submit Request for an RMA from our Customer Service Team.
  • Print out RMA Label and place it on the box to send back (UPS Shipment)
  • Please follow the instructions as stated on the return label. 
  • Once we receive your return it can take 3-6 days to be processed. We will send you an email with the details of what you returned and how much in store credit was given. Store credit will be on your online account. To use, simply log into your account.
