Shipping Policy

  • All orders are placed online. Our warehouse is not open to the public.

  • Heat Transfer Warehouse offers free freight on orders over $185 (some restrictions apply based on product selection, item, and weight). Free ground freight applies only to the 48 contiguous states. For Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico; additional shipping costs may apply.

  • All orders are ship standard delivery from our warehouses in Fargo, ND; Cincinnati, OH/Erlanger(KY), Las Vegas, NV; or Jacksonville, FL. 

  • Heat Transfer Warehouse does not ship to P.O. boxes. A physical address is required.

  • Heat Transfer Warehouse is not responsible for package theft.

  • Heat Transfer Warehouse reserves the right to send materials from any of our four (4) warehouses. We will always try to ship from the warehouse closest to you. 

Delivery Dates are Monday-Friday, excluding all major holidays. We do not deliver on Saturdays or Sundays. FedEx Home Delivery shipments may deliver on Saturdays & Sundays where applicable. Monitor your shipments using UPS My Choice or FedEx Delivery Manager.

 

  • Heat Transfer Warehouse asks that you double-check the order in your cart and the shipping address to ensure everything is correct before placing the order. Once an order has been placed we are unable to make any changes or cancellations due to how fast we process orders.
  • Incorrect Address
    Heat Transfer Warehouse and Route are not responsible for items that could not be shipped to their destination because of an incorrect or undeliverable address. If you have made an error in entering the Shipping Address we ask that you reach out to FedEx or UPS and have it held at a location for easy pickup near you. This policy is not our preference, nor is it our first choice. The simplest solution to this problem is to carefully enter and review your address as you are placing your order.
  • Checking Orders: In the unlikely event of a missing or incorrect product, Heat Transfer Warehouse is not responsible for expedited shipping. Please check your order within three (3) days of receiving it and contact Heat Transfer Warehouse immediately of any issues. If you are sheeting or converting our materials, Heat Transfer Warehouse is not responsible for any loss of materials. If you feel the material is short, please measure and contact us before you cut the material.

  • Goods Damaged in Transit: In the instance that goods are damaged or the order is incomplete the package may be refused by the customer All shipments are deemed to have been received in good order unless we are notified in writing within a period of three (3) days following the delivery of the goods.

  • Packages Lost By Carrier: In the instance that goods are lost in transit, please notify Heat Transfer Warehouse within forty-eight (48) hours of the tracking being marked as delivered and/or determining it has been lost or stolen. Heat Transfer Warehouse will reach out to the carrier service for a trace on the package. After the trace is completed, which may take up to three (3) business days, Heat Transfer Warehouse will either replace the material or give in-store credit if deemed lost/stolen. Replacement of materials is not guaranteed and is at the sole discretion of Heat Transfer Warehouse. If materials are replaced, Heat Transfer Warehouse will have your items shipped to a FedEx Hold Location or UPS Access Point.

  • Delayed Orders: If a delivery attempt is made any time within the delivery window and it is not delivered because the customer is not available or the business is closed, Heat Transfer Warehouse is not responsible for delays in the shipping commitment.
  • All orders with printed HTV or PSV patterns can take 1-3 business days for production and will be shipped from our Fargo, ND location. 
  • Rhinestone orders can take up to 7-10 business days before shipping and will be shipped from our Fargo, ND location.
  • Supacolor orders can take 1-3 business days in processing, 2-4 business days in production, and then a 2-day ship..
  • Custom Digital Design can take 5-7 business days for production and then the shipping method is chosen from there. Orders will be shipped from our Fargo, ND location.
  • Dropships: In order to offer an expanded selection of specialized items, Heat Transfer Warehouse will ‘drop ship’ these products direct from the manufacturer. Dropships do incur a fee that covers additional shipping and handling charges from the manufacturer. All Dropships will receive a $12.95 shipping charge. There are no guaranteed ship dates, as the drop ship items will be fulfilled as the manufacturer is able. Dropships ship ground UPS only and will come separately from your primary order.  All drop-ship items are labeled as such on our website.  
  • Clothing: All clothing ships ground via UPS. All clothing will receive a $12.95 shipping charge. These items may ship from any warehouse location across the country in order to fulfill the order and will always ship via UPS Ground service. Clothing may come in multiple packages. Tracking will be emailed to you once the order has been shipped.
  • Supacolor: All Supacolor orders are a Dropship and will receive a $12.95 shipping charge. If an order contains ONLY Supacolor, the only available shipping method will be FedEx 2 Day Air.
  • Equipment: All equipment will be shipped out with an adult signature required at the time of delivery. Some equipment may have additional shipping charges. We do not offer returns or refunds on equipment, please see the returns policy.
  •  All orders will show live shipping rates to your location. These rates do not include any additional taxes, duties, or fees that may be assessed for international shipping. Click here for information on our International Shipping.
  • Equipment is not shipped internationally due to warranty and shipping damage.
  • Dropship materials cannot go international.

Where is My Order?
Once your order has been fulfilled by our team, a shipping confirmation with a tracking number will be emailed. You can download  Route’s mobile app for iOS or Android to visually track your package and receive real-time notifications on its estimated delivery.

How Does Route Work?
If your Route-protected order ends up lost, damaged, or stolen, Route’s expert support team helps ensure that your order gets replaced or refunded as preferred. Claims will be reviewed for approval within 1-2 business days from filing.

How Does Route Process Refunds or Reorders?
Refunds: When refunding an item, Route covers the subtotal, shipping, and taxes 

In both cases, the Route Premium cost will not be refunded 

Reorders: Route will reorder the items, depending on in-stock availability. Unavailable items will be refunded. Route will cover the cost of any reorders including shipping, taxes, and Route Shipping Protection

When Should I File a Claim?
Marked As Delivered (Stolen)

  • Claims will be reviewed no earlier than 5 calendar days and no later than 15 calendar days from when it was marked delivered 
  • Please note, some order issues may require a police report to be filed

Stuck In Transit (Lost)

  • For domestic orders, claims will be reviewed no earlier than 2 calendar days and no later than 30 calendar days from the last update. The maximum filing time is 60 days from the order date
  • For international orders, claims will be reviewed no earlier than 20 calendar days and no later than 30 calendar days from the last update. The maximum filing time is 60 days from the order date

Damaged

  • Claims for damaged items require photos of the packaging and item(s) and must be filed no later than 15 calendar days from when it was marked delivered.

What if My Order Never Arrives or is Stolen?
Route definitely helps cover these instances! To protect your order against loss or theft, add Green Package Protection at checkout. 

If your order has not arrived, please file a claim with Route here. 

What if My Order Arrives Damaged?
Route covers damage as well! To protect your order against damage that occurred during shipping, add Route Protect at checkout. 

If your order has arrived to you damaged, please take photos of the item and the packaging it arrived in to include in your claim when filing.

If your order has defects or you suspect it was damaged during manufacturing, please reach out to us at (YOUR BRAND'S CONTACT INFO ) and we will be happy to work with you to remedy the situation.

How Do I File a Claim for my Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Order?
If you insured your order with Route at checkout, you will receive a confirmation email from Route with a link to file a shipping issue. 

You can also file a shipping issue on Route’s app or via the web here. To file a claim, you will need your store order number OR Route ID number and the email address that was attached to the order.

Is Route a Licensed Insurance Company?
Yes, Route is a licensed insurance company with SEG Insurance Ltd. as its partner.

  • Economy Shipping Flat Rate ($9.95): Heat Transfer Warehouse will ship your order in a variety of ways to ensure you get your package via FedEx or UPS shipping options. Only available for orders less than $50 and below 7 pounds. Other restrictions may apply. 
  • Ground Shipping ($12.95): When this shipping method is chosen Heat Transfer Warehouse will ship with the carrier of their choice, either FedEx or UPS. If the order total is below $185, this shipping method will cost $12.95. 
  • I Love UPS: If this ground shipping method is chosen, your package will be shipped UPS. For orders under $185, this method is a flat rate of $14.95. For this guaranteed carrier choice on orders $185+, it is a flat $2.95.
  • I Love FedEx Ground/Home: If this ground shipping method is chosen, your package will be shipped FedEx. For orders under $185, this method is a flat rate of $15.95. For this guaranteed carrier choice on orders $185+, it is a flat $4.95.
  • UPS 2 Day Air: Orders will be charged the live shipping rate for your location for a 2 business day air shipping option. This is a live rate shipping option for your location based on the weight of materials ordered. If this 2-day air shipment option is chosen all orders will be delivered in two (2) business days. If an order is shipped on a Friday using this method it will not deliver until the following Tuesday unless a federal holiday is observed. Cut off time for all 2 Day Air is 4:00 PM within your region, 2:00 PM for the Blue Region on the map. Please see the map below for where your region falls. 
  • FedEx 2 Day Air: Orders will be charged the live shipping rate for your location for a 2 business day air shipping option. If this 2-day air shipment option is chosen all orders will be delivered in two (2) business days. If an order is shipped on a Friday using this method it will not deliver until the following Tuesday unless a federal holiday is observed. Cut off time for all 2 Day Air is 4:00 PM within your region, 2:00 PM for the Blue Region on the map. Please see the map below for where your region falls. 
  • UPS Next Day Air: This live rate shipping option, when chosen, will be delivered the next business day by end of the day. If an order is placed on Friday with this option, it will not arrive until the next business day (Monday, unless a federal holiday is observed then it will arrive the following business day). Cut-off time for all Standard Overnight is 4:00 PM within your region, 3:00 PM for the Blue Region on the map. Please see the map below for where your region falls. 
  • FedEx Overnight: This live rate shipping option, when chosen, will be delivered the next business day before noon. If an order is placed on Friday with this option, it will not arrive until the next business day (Monday, unless a federal holiday is observed then it will arrive the following business day). Cut-off time for all Standard Overnight is 4:00 PM within your region, 3:00 PM for the Blue Region on the map. Please see the map below for where your region falls. If placing an overnight order after the cut-off time on Thursday your order may not reach you until the following Monday. 
  • Overnight Saturday Delivery: All orders are processed Monday through Friday excluding major holidays. When this shipping method is chosen Heat Transfer Warehouse will ship at their discretion with whichever carrier will deliver to your area on Saturday. The cut-off time for orders to be placed for Saturday delivery is Friday by 3 pm within your region, 1 pm for the Blue Region on the map. If the Saturday option is chosen Monday-Thursday, the order will ship priority overnight for delivery the following business day and will NOT be held until Friday for a Saturday delivery. Some exclusions may apply.
  • UPS has delivered our packages on time at 99% or better and will continue to strive for continued reliability. During peak volume, there are no guarantees.
  • FedEx has delivered our packages on time at 97% or better and will continue to strive for continued reliability. During peak volume, there are no guarantees.
  • Monitor your shipments using UPS My Choice or FedEx Delivery Manager.

  • Green Region: 4:30 PM Eastern Time Zone
  • Purple Region: 4:30 PM Eastern Time Zone
  • Yellow Region: 4:30 PM Central Time Zone
  • Blue Region: 2:30 PM Pacific Time Zone (based on your choice of shipping.)
  • *Applies to stock items only. Shipping cut off times do not apply to dropships or custom orders
  • *Heat Transfer Warehouse reserves the right during peak days or times on orders that have 10 plus line items or required extra converting or handling to take extra time/day to process orders.
