Processing & Production Time:

All orders placed on HeatTransferWarehouse.com have a processing and production time. Each time frame will vary depending on the type of transfer purchased, quantity, and current workflow.

 

Every custom order will receive an email from an artist at Heat Transfer Warehouse. They are subject to production, timeline concerns, artwork issues, or confirmation of their order being approved (if a digital proof was purchased). 

 

If a digital proof has been purchased, there must be written approval before production will begin. Heat Transfer Warehouse is not responsible for any delay in production while pending approval.

 

Heat Transfer Warehouse reserves the right to ship out any job without approval if an artist has reached out and has not received any sort of reply from the customer. This can occur if there are no pending concerns and our artists are confident in the quality of an order that will achieve a customer’s desired results.

 

Heat Transfer Warehouse hours of operation are Monday - Friday, 8:00am to 5:00 pm CDT. Any orders placed outside this time frame will begin processing the following business day.

Order Delay/Cancellation: 

I acknowledge any artwork submitted NOT meeting our printing requirements is subject to delays or cancellation. Situations in which our artists have pending concerns and are not confident in the quality of an order (yet do not receive feedback or a reply from a customer) may result in this.

Shipping:

Heat Transfer Warehouse offers a variety of shipping options to ensure orders are delivered in a timely manner. When choosing a shipping method, you are aware that is how the order will ship after it is completed and that processing and production time are also factored into your deadline. 

 

The majority of our orders ship from Fargo, ND. Please note transit times may vary due to this location. Supacolor and Decopress orders both ship from California.
