From October 1st to December 22nd, when a Heat Transfer Warehouse customer leaves a Google Review or purchases a piece of WALA Brand Equipment they will be entered into the Sublimation Sweepstakes Series.
Two lucky winners will be chosen randomly on December 22nd at 1 PM CST, and will receive an Epson F570 Sublimation Printer and a Sawgrass SG500 Sublimation Printer.
Eligibility
Selection and Notification of the Winner
- Customer must leave a Google review or purchase a piece of WALA brand equipment during the time period of October 1st, 2023 and December 22nd, 2023 to be entered.
- Equipment will not be shipped internationally
- By entering this sweepstakes, the participant agrees to abide by the official rules put forth by Heat Transfer Warehouse. We have the right to refuse, withdraw or disqualify entries at our sole discretion. All participants agree to accept any rules, eligibility or prize decisions made by Heat Transfer Warehouse.
- All sweepstakes entries must be submitted between October 1, 2023 at 12:00am CDT and December 22, 2023 at 11:00am CST.
- Customer must leave a Google review or purchase a piece of WALA brand equipment during the time period of October 1st, 2023 and December 22nd, 2023 to be entered.
- 2 Winners will be selected! One will receive a free Epson F570 Sublimation Printer and one will receive a Sawgrass SG500 Sublimation Printer
- Prize is non-exchangable, non-transferable, and no cash alternative is offered.
Selection and Notification of the Winner
- The sweepstakes winners will be selected by 2 random drawings. The two winners will be notified by email and on social media stories. Heat Transfer Warehouse is not liable for any failure by the winner to receive notification if an incorrect email address or phone number were provided, or if email security settings cause the prize notification to go into a spam or junk email folder.
- The participant grants Heat Transfer Warehouse, upon submission of an entry into the sweepstakes, the right to use the participant’s submission, voice, image, and statements about the sweepstakes, etc. for publicity, news, advertising and other promotional purposes without any further notice, review, consent, compensation or remuneration.
- Under the Terms & Conditions section, Heat Transfer Warehouse reserves the right to modify, suspend, cancel or terminate the sweepstakes in the event that non-authorized human intervention, a bug or virus, fraud, or other causes beyond your control impact or corrupt the security, fairness, proper conduct, or administration of the sweepstakes.
- The participant’s entry into the sweepstakes constitutes his or her agreement to release and hold harmless and Heat Transfer Warehouse and its subsidiaries, affiliates, employees, etc., against all claims of liability, illness, injury, death, loss, etc., that occurs directly or indirectly from participation in the sweepstakes or use/misuse of the awarded prize.
- The entrant agrees, as a condition of participating in the sweepstakes, that disputes not resolved between the participant and Heat Transfer Warehouse shall be individually resolved exclusively before a court located in North Dakota, without resorting to any form of class action. The entrants waive all rights to punitive, incidental, or consequential damages, and they waive all rights to have damages multiplied or increased.
