Basic Suede Patch Information:

Available in four colors: chestnut, roasted coffee, dark grey and denim blue

100% polyester Suedette is animal friendly

More durable than real suede

Water-repellent like quality makes it safe and easy to clean

Simulated border stitch can accentuate laser etched design

Versatile emblems are an excellent finish for decorating apparel, bags, caps, beanies and more

Artwork Guidelines

Before uploading your artwork, please be sure each file meets the following requirements:

Vector file (.eps, ai, .pdf) OR raster file (.png, .psd, .tiff, .pdf)

Raster files are high resolution (300+ dpi)

File has NO background color (transparent background)

File is CMYK color format (not RGB)

Design does NOT include drop shadows, glows, transparencies/fades

Also note:

Any details smaller than 1 point (0.35mm) will have a colored outline/backing (matching the intended garment color) added by production.

Your design cannot be bigger than the sheet size you selected.

Artwork will be sized to the max sheet size unless otherwise specified.

Not suitable for iron or handheld press.

Any artwork that does not follow the guidelines above is subject to changes in appearance. If you are unsure whether your artwork is print-ready according to the guidelines, we recommend purchasing a proof for that design to ensure your transfers are printed accurately to your expectations.

Heat Transfer Warehouse is not responsible for any errors in the finished transfers if the customer’s submitted artwork does not meet the requirements above (unless a proof was purchased).

Headwear adhesive:

225° F - 265° F
5 - 10 seconds
Peel backing film before pressing
Light to medium
Polyester, cotton, poly/cotton blends
Domestic wash. Tumble or line dry. DO NOT dry clean.
For best results use a Heat Press Machine

Apparel adhesive:

265° F - 285° F
20 - 30 seconds
Wait 24 hours for bond to be permanant
High pressure
Polyester, cotton, poly/cotton blends, acetates, denim, wool, silk, rayon
Domestic wash. Line dry. DO NOT dry clean or tumble dry.
For best results use a Heat Press Machine

Promotional adhesive:

320° F
30 seconds
Peel backing film before pressing. Set iron to cotton, use cover sheet
Light to mediume
Polyester, cotton, poly/cotton blends, denim, canvas
Domestic wash. Tumble or line dry. DO NOT dry clean.
For best results use a Heat Press Machine

Crafter adhesive:

340° F
15 - 30 seconds
Peel backing film before pressing. Set iron to cotton, use cover sheet
Medium
Polyester, cotton, poly/cotton blends, denim, canvas
For best results use a Heat Press Machine
