Standard Canadian Shipping Guidelines:

- Non Resident Importer.
- We do not cover duties and taxes
- Rate Includes Freight.
- No additional fees upon delivery.
- Rates shown cover 2-day air shipping.
- Same day shipping on orders received by 2:30pm Central (in stock items)
- FedEx International 2Day Economy
- Packaging may be condensed to fit dimensional weight (less cores, material around material)
- Must have a company names tied into shipping address.

Goods Damaged in Transit:
in rare instances where goods are damaged or the order is incomplete, do not accept the goods from the shipper as having been received in good order. All shipments are deemed to have been received in good order unless we are notified in writing within a period of seven days following delivery of the goods.

Shipping your order:
All orders are shipped F.O.B. Fargo, ND and Cincinnati, OH/Erlanger(KY). Heat Transfer Warehouse ships all orders FedEx Standard Ground. If you require faster service please indicate at time of order. If you require a change in your shipping after your transaction had been completed, contact us right away and we will do what we can to accommodate your request.
