What is WALAPalooza? - WALAPalooza is a two day event hosted by Heat Transfer Warehouse that brings together influencers and vendors to open up communication and collaboration. Our goal for this event is to find ways to support each other in this ever-changing industry. The two day event includes educational speakers and breakout sessions along with endless opportunities to get to know influencers, vendors, and the Heat Transfer Warehouse team.
Who is there? - Top vendors and influencers in the industry including Siser, Sawgrass, Supacolor, Allan from A-Dubb Productions, Jennifer Maker, Angie Holden and many more!
What do you get? - Admittance to WALAPalooza a two day event including: Access to all workshops/education provided, lunch and dinner provided both days 7/26 and 7/27

- Heat Transfer Warehouse™ reserves the right to determine the eligibility of all participants who enter the sweepstakes at any time before, during or after the entry period. Employees of Heat Transfer Warehouse and their immediate family members cannot participate. Heat Transfer Warehouse vendors, associates of our vendors, and Heat Transfer Warehouse partners including immediate family are also ineligible to participate. All decisions regarding participant eligibility are final.

- By entering this sweepstakes, the participant agrees to abide by the official rules put forth by Heat Transfer Warehouse. We have the right to refuse, withdraw or disqualify entries at our sole discretion. All participants agree to accept any rules, eligibility or prize decisions made by Heat Transfer Warehouse.
- All sweepstakes entries must be submitted between April 1, 2023 at 8:00am CDT and April 14, 2023 at 11:59pm CDT.
- Participants must fill out all required fields in the online sweepstakes form, which is listed above, by April 14, 2023 at 11:59pm CDT. No purchase is necessary. You do not need to be a customer of Heat Transfer Warehouse.
- 10 Winners will be selected
- Chances of winning do NOT increase by making a purchase. One entry per participant.
- The sweepstakes winner will be selected by a random drawing. The winner will be notified by email and on social media stories. Heat Transfer Warehouse is not liable for any failure by the winner to receive notification if an incorrect email address or phone number were provided, or if email security settings cause the prize notification to go into a spam or junk email folder.
- The participant grants Heat Transfer Warehouse, upon submission of an entry into the sweepstakes, the right to use the participant’s submission, voice, image, and statements about the sweepstakes, etc. for publicity, news, advertising and other promotional purposes without any further notice, review, consent, compensation or remuneration.
- Under the Terms & Conditions section, Heat Transfer Warehouse reserves the right to modify, suspend, cancel or terminate the sweepstakes in the event that non-authorized human intervention, a bug or virus, fraud, or other causes beyond your control impact or corrupt the security, fairness, proper conduct, or administration of the sweepstakes.
- The participant’s entry into the sweepstakes constitutes his or her agreement to release and hold harmless and Heat Transfer Warehouse and its subsidiaries, affiliates, employees, etc., against all claims of liability, illness, injury, death, loss, etc., that occurs directly or indirectly from participation in the sweepstakes or use/misuse of the awarded prize.
- The entrant agrees, as a condition of participating in the sweepstakes, that disputes not resolved between the participant and Heat Transfer Warehouse shall be individually resolved exclusively before a court located in North Dakota, without resorting to any form of class action. The entrants waive all rights to punitive, incidental, or consequential damages, and they waive all rights to have damages multiplied or increased.
