ThermoFlex Plus and ThermoFlex Turbo are both premium, polyurethane-based heat transfer vinyls trusted by decorators everywhere. They share the same professional quality — soft matte finish, excellent durability, easy weeding, and flexibility that moves with the garment. No matter which you choose, you’ll get long-lasting results that look and feel great.
The difference? Turbo presses faster at lower temperatures, making it ideal for delicate fabrics or high-volume production. Plus is the classic, industry-trusted standard with a slightly higher press temp and time. Both cut beautifully on Cricut, Silhouette, Graphtec, and other cutters, and both deliver professional results you can rely on.

- Cotton, linen, wool, lycra, spandex, polyester blends. NO nylon/ NO mesh
- Wait 24 hours before first wash. Machine wash warm with mild detergent. DO NOT dry clean. NO bleach or fabric softener.

Application instructions
For dazzle cloth, shiny polyester materials, and coated polyester materials: Damp a cloth with rubbing alcohol (isopropyl alcohol), then gently apply it to the area on the garment you want to apply your design. Allow it to dry and apply your material. This will allow the adhesive to better penetrate the garment.
We highly recommend that you wash and dry your garments prior to pressing your design. This will also allow the adhesive to better penetrate the garment.
