These hotfix rhinestone transfers consist of small, dazzling rhinestones affixed to a heat-sensitive adhesive backing. The term "hotfix" refers to the application process, where heat activates the adhesive, allowing the rhinestones to adhere securely to various fabrics, such as cotton, polyester, blends, and more.

Coverage Notice
Pricing is based on rhinestones covering approximately 65% to 75%of the total design area.
Designs covering more than 75% of the area may incur an additional upcharge after artwork review.

Please note that splitting the quantity of items by color (e.g., 20 total - 10 of Crystal and 10 of Black) will result in an additional charge. Place color changes as separate jobs within the order.
Artwork Details
Production Time
- An artist will reach out via email within 1-2 business days for processing.
- A digital proof will be emailed if the $15 fee is paid.
- A confirmation email with an updated timeline will be sent if the $15 proof fee is not paid.
- Production time is 3-5 business days.
- Large quantity orders may lead to extended production times. Please reach out to Art@heattransferwarehouse.com for further timeline inquiries.
- All orders will ship according to the customer's selection at checkout (e.g., Ground, 2-Day Air, Next Day Air, etc.).
- All orders ship from our Fargo, ND location.
- Rush fees may apply.
Proofing & Approvals
- Proof Fee: $15.00 per order.
- The proof fee (when purchased) is applied to the entire order. Whether you have 1 design or 12, you have control over which designs you would like to see a digital mockup for by clicking yes or no for each design.
If you select "Yes" for Proof:
- An artist will reach out to you within 1-2 business days of your order to confirm the details. Once approved, they will begin working on the digital mockup. Depending on the complexity of the design, it may take up to 1 business day to receive the digital mockup. Each design allows for 2 free changes* after the digital mockup has been sent. Beyond 2 changes, a redesign fee of $15.00 will apply. Once the final digital mockup is approved, it will proceed to production.
*Changing the size after you have received the digital mockup will automatically incur a redesign fee.
If you select "No" for Proof:
- By omitting the proof fee, your design will be reviewed by our artists. If they have any questions or concerns, they will contact you via email. If everything is satisfactory, you will receive an email with the estimated production time.
- By selecting “No” for a proof, you are trusting our artists to handle your design, which streamlines the process and speeds up delivery.
- When a proof is not selected during the custom order process, our team does its best to replicate the submitted artwork using rhinestone materials. However, it’s important to note that the rhinestone process differs significantly from digital printing—not all fine design details can be rendered exactly as shown in a photo, especially with filled letter styles or gradients.
- Outlined or adjusted designs may be necessary to ensure rhinestone placement adheres properly and maintains durability on the patch. Because this was not approved via a proof, we are unable to offer a remake or refund in this case as per our custom transfer policy.
