WALAKut-Express is a thin, elastic, soft to the hand vinyl that blends well into the textiles. Low-temperature application prevents undesirable effects such as glossiness and fiber damage!
Low-Temperature Application for No Gloss
This vinyl can be applied at low temperatures, preventing unwanted glossiness or damage. It's designed for a variety of textiles, including cotton and polyester, while maintaining a soft feel.

WALAKut Express is CPSIA certified and meets international safety standards, including REACH and Öko-Tex® Standard 100 Class I, making it ideal for custom apparel.
- 250° F-302° F for multi-layering or thick cotton
- 5 seconds
- Warm or Cold
- High, even pressure
- Cut in reverse
- 100% Cotton, 100% Polyester, Elastan, or blends of these textiles.
- Wait 24 hours before first wash. Warm to cold water and tumble dry. Do NOT use bleach. Do NOT dry clean.
Additional Instructions
Application instructions for dazzle cloth, shiny polyester materials, and coated polyester materials:
Damp a cloth with rubbing alcohol (isopropyl alcohol), then gently apply it to the area on the garment you want to apply your design. Allow it to dry and apply your material. This will allow the adhesive to better penetrate the garment.
We highly recommend that you wash and dry your garments prior to pressing your design. This will also allow the adhesive to better penetrate the garment.
