Shipping Policy

• Heat Transfer Warehouse processes orders efficiently to ensure your package ships on time. Once your order is marked as "Confirmed," no add-ons, changes, or corrections can be made.
• Please double-check the order in your cart and the shipping address before placing the order. We are unable to make changes or cancellations once placed.
• Incorrect Address: We are not responsible for items that could not be shipped due to an incorrect address. If you made an error, please reach out to UPS to have it held for pickup.
• Heat Transfer Warehouse does not change addresses on order.

• Checking Orders: Please check your order within three (3) days of receiving it. We are not responsible for expedited shipping for missing/incorrect products reported after this window.
• Goods Damaged in Transit: Packages may be refused by the customer. Notify us in writing within three (3) days if an order is damaged or incomplete.
• Packages Lost By Carrier: Notify us within 48 hours of tracking being marked "delivered" if the package is missing. We will initiate a trace (up to 3 business days) before deciding on a replacement or credit.
• Delayed Orders: We are not responsible for delays if a customer is not available or a business is closed during the delivery window.
• Weather: Heat Transfer Warehouse is not responsible for weather-related delays.

In order to offer an expanded selection of specialized items, Heat Transfer Warehouse will "drop ship" these products direct from the manufacturer. Drop ships do incur a $12.95 additional charge. There are no guaranteed ship dates. Drop ships ship ground only and will come separately from your primary order. These items are non-returnable.

Heat Transfer Warehouse offers free freight on orders over $175 (some restrictions apply). Free ground freight applies only to the 48 contiguous states.

• Live shipping rates are shown at checkout. These do not include additional taxes, duties, or fees.
• Equipment and Dropship materials cannot be shipped internationally.

• Economy (Flat Rate): For orders < $50 and < 7 lbs.
• Ground Shipping: Shipped via UPS.
• UPS 2-Day Air: Delivery in 2 business days. Cut-off is 4:00 PM.
• UPS Next Day Air: Delivery next business day. Cut-off is 4:00 PM.
• Overnight Saturday Delivery: Cut-off is Friday at 4:00 PM.
• Fargo Pick up: Flat rate process/handling fee.
• Roadie Same Day Delivery: Orders must be placed before 1 PM M-F.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification. Monitor your shipments using UPS My Choice.

Package Protection: We are not responsible for theft or damage in transit. We recommend our Extend Program for package protection.

Heat Transfer Warehouse does not ship to P.O. boxes. A physical address is required.
