Can I reorder a custom design that I have already ordered?

Yes, all custom transfers are eligible for reorder. Please note that Heat Transfer Warehouse recognizes a reorder as an exact copy of your previous order, with the only variable being the quantity. If you wish to change the color, size, or design, this will not be considered a reorder and will be treated as a new order. Additionally, if "reorder" is not selected when placing your order, there is a possibility that your design may differ.

All reorders follow our standard production times for that transfer. If at any time you want to reorder a design but you want to change something about the artwork, size, or transfer type please email transfers@heattransferwarehouse.com to discuss how to proceed.

Supacolor, Printed HTV, Dye Sublimation, or Sticker Transfers:
If your order is defined as a reorder, place the order online as usual and type your original order number in the "Reorder Number" text box.

Rhinestone Transfers:
To reorder any of your existing custom rhinestone transfers, send an email to transfers@heattransferwarehouse.com with your design's original order number and the quantity you wish to purchase. An artist will send a confirmation email with the desired artwork and payment link.

Am I able to return custom items?
All custom items are made specifically for you and are non-returnable.

What is the status of my custom order?
An artist at Heat Transfer Warehouse will reach out within 1-2 business days of the order being placed. Select transfers offer a proof that will require approval. Once approved or sent to production our average production time across all transfers is 2-4 business days. Please note large quantities may add to production times.

Supacolor and Decopress:
An artist at Heat Transfer Warehouse will reach out within 1-2 business days of the order being placed. Select transfers offer a proof that will require approval. Once approved or sent to production our average production time across all transfers is 2-4 business days. Please note large quantities may add to production times. Followed by a Fedex 2Day Air Ship. This item ships directly from Supacolor & Decopress. Any additional items on your order will ship separately.

+ Dropship Products

Why do drop ship products take longer to ship?
These items are shipped directly from the vendor and we have to abide by there shipping and ordering guidelines. All drop shipped items are shipped ground.

Can I return a drop ship item?
Drop ships are custom ordered products that are not stocked within our warehouses, therefore we are unable to accept returns on these items. For a full list of non-returnable items, view our Returns Policy.

Can I overnight a drop ship product?
All drop shipped products are shipped ground from the vendor.

Where are we located?
We are located in Fargo, ND.

Do you allow for pickup?
We do allow for curbside pick up on certain products. For more information please see our shipping policy.

Are your prices wholesale?
Yes

+ Ordering

Can I order over the phone?
All orders must be placed online to ensure accuracy and timely processing. This also allows you to conveniently view your order history at any time.

Can I cancel my order?
We do not offer cancellations, due to the speed at which we process orders, once an order has been placed we cannot cancel it.

Can I add to my order?
We do not offer add-ons due to the speed at which we process orders. Please make sure to check your order for accuracy.

Is there a cut off time to place an order and have it shipped same day?
Yes. See our Shipping Policy for more information. Cut-off times vary between 4:00 pm local time zone for next day air and 4:30 pm local time zone for all other orders.

How can I view my past orders?
Order history can be found under the top right corner of the site in your account and under Orders. Any order from January 8, 2020 on will be available in your order history.

I'm missing part of my order. Where is the rest of it?
If your order includes both large rolls and small rolls or sheets, please check inside the core of the larger rolls. There’s a possibility that you purchased a dropship item, which means it ships directly from the manufacturer, resulting in two tracking numbers.

I checked on my order and it says "On Hold" What does this mean?
This could indicate a few possibilities. First, there may be an item in your order that is out of stock or cannot be shipped from the current warehouse. Alternatively, we might have a question regarding a specific request you made. We will reach out to you via phone and email.

+ Payments

When will I be charged for my order?
All orders are charged at the time of checkout.

What payment options do I have?
Heat Transfer Warehouse accepts payment by VISA, MasterCard, Discover or American Express Credit Cards. We also have three financing options available for payment: Affirm (minimum purchase of $250), Klarna and Afterpay.

Do you keep my card on file?
No, we do not store your card or payment information.

+ Product Troubleshooting

What is a mask and why would I need it?
Mask is a fancy word for tape! We have two different types:

  1. Heat Transfer Mask: for heat transfer vinyls only.
  2. Transfer Mask: For adhesive vinyl. This is not to be used with heat.

Where can I find application instructions?
All application instructions are available on the product pages via text or a scannable QR code.

Why isn't my material sticking?
Double-check the application instructions. If still experiencing difficulties, reach out to our customer support team with your order number and garment type.

+ HTW Perks Rewards FAQ

What is the rewards program?
Our HTW Perks rewards program launched in January 2023. You earn 1 point for every $1 spent. As of February 28, 2025, we’ve fine-tuned the program to make it more sustainable.

How do I sign up?
Log into your account, click on the rewards tab, and click Create an account.

Will my rewards/points expire?
Yes. Both the rewards codes and points will expire one year after receiving/earning them.

How can I redeem my rewards?
Go to your account, click rewards and scroll down to our Redeem section. You can redeem points for money off or products.
