Heat Transfer Warehouse does not keep records before 2020.

Only one code can be used per order.

Due to the manufacturing process, rolls of material that are 5 yards or greater may have a splice in the roll done directly by the manufacturer.

As of June 2022, Heat Transfer Warehouse no longer offers splitting services.

Due to normal conversion elements, the material may slightly be off by 1/8" to 1" on all sizes of material.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday excluding all major holidays. No orders are processed on weekends. Any order placed Friday after the cut-off time by region, Saturday, or Sunday will be processed the following business day.

Single yard orders in any quantity will be individual units. Example: If 3 yards of material is ordered, 3 individual single yards will be shipped.

If ordering a non-standard roll length, for example 7 yards, we recommend ordering a 5-yard roll and 2 single yards for the best value. If 7 single yards are ordered, your material will be shipped in 7 individual 1-yard rolls priced at the single yard price.

In order to offer an expanded selection of specialized items, Heat Transfer Warehouse will "drop ship" these products direct from the manufacturer. Drop ships do incur a $12.95 additional charge for shipping that covers additional shipping and handling charges from the manufacturer. There are no guaranteed ship dates, as the drop ship items will be fulfilled as the manufacturer is able. Drop ships ship ground only and will come separately from your primary order. All drop ship items are labeled as such on our website and are non-returnable.

Curbside Pickup is a flat rate fee for process/handling fees.

If curbside orders are not picked up within 3 business days the curbside order will be shipped economy. If you need more time for pickup please reach out to our support team at: customerservice@heattransferwarehouse.com

Thank you for your Curbside Pick-Up Order! Our team at Heat Transfer Warehouse is processing your order. Please follow the steps below for directions on your order:

1. We will let you know when your order is ready. This can take up to an hour or more.
2. We will email you Once your order is ready for curbside pick-up. Once you receive this email, please start heading to our location.
3. Please park in the designated curbside pick-up spot in front of the building. Please stay in your car and fill out the form that you received in your email.
4. One of our representatives will be out shortly with your order.

Pick-up hours are from 9:00 am - 11:00 am and 1:00 pm - 5:00 pm Monday through Friday per location time zone. ** We do not offer pickups on the weekend**

All clothing ships ground via UPS. Clothing is available to ship to the 48 contiguous state and not available to ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or internationally. These items may ship from any warehouse location across the country in order to fulfill the order and will always ship via UPS Ground service. Clothing may come in multiple packages

• All orders with digital fashion prints will be shipped from Fargo, ND.
• No mask is included with your patterns
• This is a custom printed item, depending on the time of day and pace of the day, your shipment might be delayed.
• Orders with Rhinestone Transfers: All orders with rhinestone transfers will be shipped from Fargo, ND.
• This is a custom made item, depending on the time of day and pace of the day, your shipment might be delayed.

If we do not have a product available for your order at the closest warehouse, Heat Transfer Warehouse reserves the right to ship your order from an alternative warehouse or dropship the item depending on product availability which may cause changes in delivery times. In the event, that the order cannot be reassigned or dropshipped you will be contacted by phone and email regarding your order. You will also get a notification that your order is on hold. If we do not hear back from you within 24 hours the item on your order that we are out of stock or your order will be canceled and refunded.

Heat Transfer Warehouse processes orders in a quick and timely manner. Orders cannot be canceled once they are placed. Please see our return policy for more information on how to return the product.

Heat Transfer Warehouse processes orders in a quick, timely manner to ensure that your package ships on time. Add-ons, changes or corrections cannot be made after the order is "Confirmed." Please review specifics such as widths, colors and quantities in your cart before completion. A customer wanting to add on to an order will be directed to place an additional order. The additional order will be shipped separately according to the option selected.

All Sale items have limited quantities. Colors, widths, lengths or other items may vary. No rain-checks available. Cannot be combined with other sales and promotions including credits and codes. All sales on these items are final. Cannot be returned or refunded.

If for any reason Heat Transfer Warehouse is asked to cancel a pre-order item we will charge a $50 restocking fee if we're able to cancel the order and refund the remaining amount of the item.

We're unable to refund for a discount or promotional code that wasn't applied prior to placing the order

In an unlikely event of missing or incorrect product, Heat Transfer Warehouse is not responsible for expedited shipping if notified more than 24 hours after delivery. Please check your order within three (3) days of receiving it and contact Heat Transfer Warehouse immediately of any issues. If you are sheeting or converting our materials, Heat Transfer Warehouse is not responsible for any loss of materials. If you feel the material is short, please measure and contact us before you cut the material.

WALADolla$ started on 12/6/2022 any purchase before this date will not be eligible for rewards.

You will earn 1 point for every $1 you spend with Heat Transfer Warehouse. WALADolla$ are unable to be used with account level discounts, promotions, sale discounts, and can only be used with one reward code per order.

When using a redeemed code or product we require you to meet the minimum order requirements still.
