Best Blank 3/4 Sleeve Shirts for HTV

Aug 9th 2021

Is it too cold for a t-shirt, but too hot for a long sleeve top? If you live somewhere with weather like we have in North Dakota, you understand this issue. Three-quarter length sleeve shirts are the perfect solution for those mid-temp days, or if you simply want to mix up your wardrobe!

In this blog, we test multiple ¾ sleeve options from our website. We press a logo on both sleeves, a logo on the back below the collar, the front near the hem, and we press a neck label onto the shirts. We will also compare overall quality and fit for these shirts. Let’s see the ranking of our top 7 three-quarter length sleeve tops.

#7 Gildan® Heavy Cotton 3/4-Sleeve Raglan T-Shirt

This shirt is made of 100% cotton, it has a tearaway label which is perfect for making your custom neck labels! The material is not nearly as soft as the next 6 tops, which is why we ranked it #7. Priced- Low

This design is made of Siser Easyweed White, Royal Blue, and Red. It is positioned on the back of the shirt, just below the collar. The Easyweed pressed really well, we did a 1 second tack for the red and blue. Then we pressed the whole design for 10 seconds.

We pressed a neck label using Thermoflex Black here. This pressed really well and was a perfect location because the label is a tearaway label.

Here we pressed a custom transfer on the bottom of the left sleeve. The contrast of this design with the white border looks GREAT with this dark sleeve. The placement of the design is a great location to get that extra logo in there showing off your brand.

This design was pressed on the bottom left of the shirt, just above the hem. It is made of WALAKut Express Yellow and Orange. It pressed well, we did a 1 second tack for the orange, then a full 5 seconds with both colors.

This is a Supacolor transfer, pressed on the bottom of the right sleeve. The black details got drowned out with this dark sleeve, but overall it pressed well!

High-impact color combinations leave a high-impact impression in this tee that's a study in contrast and comfort. This shirt is a blend of 50/38/12 poly/cotton/rayon.
