• Can I add on to my order?

    No. We are unable to allow add on's because we start working on your order as soon as it comes in. Any add-on's are treated as separate orders and charged accordingly.
  • Can I order over the phone?

    No. All orders are now placed online to allow for order accuracy and timeliness. Plus, you will be able to view your order history and reorder based on that history.
  • I checked on my order and it said "Waiting for Customer Reply." What does this mean?

    This could mean a few different things. First, it could mean that there's something in your order that is out of stock or cannot be shipped by the current warehouse. Otherwise, we could have a question about a specific request you placed. We will call and e-mail you and, if we do not hear a response within 48 hours, we will issue a refund for the item(s) that we cannot ship or for the entire order.
  • Why am I missing part of my vinyl order?

    First, make sure you look within the roll if you only ordered one roll, as it is rolled onto the core for easier shipping. Plus, if you ordered less than 5 yards, there may be multiple colors on a roll. Otherwise, there are a couple different possibilities. The product may have been drop-shipped from our manufacturer or it may ship from another warehouse. Either way, it should get to you soon.
  • Can I change my shipping after ordering?

    No. Once an order is placed, we are unable to change your shipping option. However, we can cancel the order and allow you to place a new order with your new shipping preference.
  • Can I ship my order internationally?

    Yes. For international orders, there is a $250 minimum order. We accept credit cards and wire transfers, depending on the amount of your purchase. For more information, see our International Shipping Policy.
  • How long will it take for me to get my order?

    Depending on your location in relation to the nearest warehouse, you will get your order in 1-2 days. Please see our Shipping Policy for detailed maps. Custom work and drop shipped items will take longer.
  • Is there a cut-off time to place an order and have it shipped the same day?

    Yes. See our Shipping Policy for more information. Cut-off times vary between 4 and 5pm.
  • Can I return my custom transfer?

    No. Custom work (rhinestones, digital, etc.) is unable to be returned, so please make sure you read all artwork guidelines and fees carefully before finalizing your order.
  • Can I reorder a custom design that I have already ordered?

    Yes. You will just need to email the art department with the design and quantity you are wanting to reorder. You may reorder rhinestone designs but, if you place a reorder after 90 days, it will require a design fee. Feel free to contact us with specific questions!
  • Can I return my order?

    Yes and no. You must submit a return request online for any order that you intend to return. All claims must be addressed within 15 days of receiving the product(s). Returns/exchanges are not guaranteed but HTW will work with you to reach the best conclusion. No returns are accepted on custom work or equipment. See our Return Policy for more information.
  • What is your standard shipping charge?

    Orders in the 48 contiguous states under $150.00 will be charged $12.95 for 2-Day and $10.95 for Ground Shipping
