Shipping and Freight Terms

• Heat Transfer Warehouse offers Free Freight on orders over $150 (some restrictions apply based on product selection, item and Weight) all orders ship standard delivery shipped F.O.B. from our warehouse in Fargo, ND or Las Vegas, NV.
  
  
• HTW will ship your order UPS Ground or 2-day air or on its own discression may use FedEx, USPS, Ontrac or Spee-Dee to accommodate the best delivery time.
  
  
• Free Freight applies only to the 48 continuous states.
  
  
• Custom transfers Do Not qualify for our free freight offer.
  
  
• The following products do not qualify for the 2 Day Air shipping program:  transfer tape, digital sign vinyl,and twill. For an additional charge 2 Day Air is available for these products. Please contact HTW with any questions.   
  
  
• Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam & Virgin Islands we offer special rates based on UPS Ground, 2-day Air and USPS.

• HTW may condense your package to meet size and weight restrictions in order to expedite your order and keep shipping costs low.  This may include smaller boxes, using less cores, etc.  Specifically overnight orders.  Please contact HTW with any questions.
  
  Overnight Shipping: Additional costs maybe requested due to size, weight and dimensions of packages. Due to limitations on material stocked, Heat Transfer Warehouse reserves the right to cancel your overnight order if communication does not occur.   Priority 3 Day Service with USPS for Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, Puerto Rico, and the Virgin Islands.
  Priority 2-3 day service with USPS for all of the 48 continuous United States at Ground Rates on any order up to $350 on orders over $350 please contact us for special rate quote.
  
  Goods Damaged in Transit: in rare instances where goods are damaged or the order is incomplete, do not accept the goods from the shipper as having been received in good order. All shipments are deemed to have been received in good order unless we are notified in writing within a period of seven days following delivery of the goods.
  
  Shipping your order: All orders are shipped F.O.B. Fargo, ND or Las Vegas, NV. HTW ships all orders UPS Standard Ground. If you require faster service please indicate at time of order. If you require a change in your shipping after your transaction had been completed, contact us right away and we will do what we can to accomodate your request.
