Preheat garment. Adheres to 100% polyester, 100% cotton and all poly/cotton blends in addition to Lycra and Spandex. |

Application temperature 330 degrees F/ 165 degrees C. |

Preheat garment. Application Time 15-20 seconds, peel Warm. |
