High Gloss Intermediate Calendered Vinyl
These PVC Films are HIGH GLOSS with excellent stability. They are soft in nature and will conform to curved or flat surfaces, which makes them superior for die cutting and flexible range of films. These films have a very high tack adhesive specifically formulated for banner graphics and lettering.
They have a long-term SIX (6) YEAR OUTDOOR DURABILITY for outdoor

Available in 24" width and come in 10 yard rolls and 50 yard rolls. Some colors are only available in 50 yard rolls, if color is not listed under smaller sizes it is not currently available for purchase in that particular length.

Below is a list of useful application details and suggestions to follow when using this product to ensure the best possible results.
CONSTRUCTION
Face Film - 3.0 mil high gloss, intermediate calendered vinyl film
Adhesive Release - Aggressive, acrylic, permanent, pressure-sensitive. Not to be used with solvent based application fluids.
Liner - 78# (White) Bleached Kraft

PHYSICAL PROPERTIES
Outdoor Durability - 6 years, mid-continental U.S., vertical.
Minimum Surface/Ambient Air
Application Temperature + 35° F.
Application Surface - Interior and exterior markings/decals requiring low cost and flexible products.
e.g. original equipment markings.
Service Temperature Range
50°F. to +150°F. — Reasonable range of temperatures, which would be expected under normal environmental time and temperature conditions.
Opacity - Normal
Typical Film Caliper (w/Adhesive)
3.8 – 4.2 mils
Chemical Resistance
Good for most petroleum solvents and lower aliphatic alcohols. For ultimate solvent resistance, edge sealing is recommended.
Water Resistance - Excellent: Test piece aged 24 hrs. after application to stainless steel panelbefore testing. Not affected when immersed in 70°F water for seven days.
NOTE: Always pretest your specific substrates prior to actual application.
Adhesion - 50 oz/in.
Shelf Life - 2 years when stored under conditions of 70°F and 50% relative humidity. |
