High Grade Reflection PF 4781 Application Instructions
1. Prepare design as mirror image. Remove the protective liner (if the product has one).
2. Plotter cut as mirror image through the micro glass bead reflective layer and thermo-sensitive adhesive to the clear film carrier. Slow your cutting speed and use a sharp knife. Do NOT cut through clear backing film.
3. Weed and remove unwanted material.
4. Place adhesive side down on the fabric in the desired location. Press firmly with a heat press at 330o F - 335o F for seventeen seconds.
5. Remove the protective clear film from the fabric warm.
6. Repress for an additional 2 seconds.
Economy Reflection PF 4782 Application Instructions
1. Prepare design as mirror image. Remove the protective liner (if the product has one).
2. Plotter cut as mirror image through the micro glass bead reflective layer and thermo-sensitive adhesive to the clear film carrier. Slow your cutting speed and use a sharp knife. Do NOT cut through clear backing film.

Reflection for Nylon PF 4882 Application Instructions
1. Prepare design as mirror image. Remove the protective liner (if the product has one).
2. Plotter cut as mirror image through the micro glass bead reflective layer and thermo-sensitive adhesive to the clear film carrier. Slow your cutting speed and use a sharp knife. Do NOT cut through clear backing film.
3. Weed and remove unwanted material.
4. Place adhesive side down on the fabric in the desired location. Press firmly with a heat press at 275o F - 305o F for 3-4 seconds. Do not use more pressure, temperature or dwell time than is recommended because the adhesive on the weeded backing may stick to the fabric.
5. Remove the protective clear film from the fabric after it has cooled completely.
6. Place a Teflon coated protective sheet over the image and reheat at 275o F - 305o F for an additional 10-15 seconds to set the adhesive. Let cool completely. Peel away Teflon sheet to finish the transfer process.
